It was my great pleasure to be invited back to Tally Ho in Birmingham to event host the Best In Care Awards for 2015. This is the fourth year in a row that I’ve had the pleasure to meet, mingle and give awards to some of the most amazing people responsible for acts that humble us mere mortals.
The team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham are truly inspirational and with a sprinkle of radio, TV, sports and political celebrities to hand out the gongs, the evening is a pleasure to present.
Every year I leave the auditorium humbled by acts of kindly care that everyday people perform on a daily basis. Whilst it’s in the name of work or volunteering these folk really do go the extra mile and one’s faith in humanity is restored fully after this evening of celebration.
Congratulations to all the winners, nominees and the Communications Team at QEHB. What a fantastic night and I’m proud of our association.
